No you are not crazy but some women feel this way . sometimes and this is very normal to have all the signs but not the baby . and you are just part of a good group of women who feel this. and one out of ten thousand get with baby after this surgery. so if you are that one . then you are with baby. but not likely. ! and sometimes a woman will get pregnant in the tubes , but this will not result in a full term baby!
