No AF for 20 months now spotting ~.^ Why?

Any ideas or someone else been through the same?

The other day I went to the toilet and when I wiped (front) there was like a brownish and ever so slightly pink color on the paper like the very last hours of a normal AF visit and also lasted as long as the last few hours.

I had my implanon inserted around 20 months ago and have not had AF since.
