What to do about lower abdominal pain

Severe pain by ovaries started wed night became unbearable and went to emergency room where thay gave two ultrasound tests and said everything looked normal but there was some fluid(perhaps blood) near the ovaries. suggested there may have been burst cyst. Gave pain pills and sent home. pain worsened on thurs but dr unavailable. he saw me on friday and said he didn't see anything wrong and sent me home with more pain pills and said to wait a couple of days. pain has now spread to the right side of body and the dr continues to say to wait until monday - pain is very severe. what should i do?
