I know how you feel. I also am in about the same situation. I gotten hurt, doing nurses aided work, plus I just had heart surgery. But these government people treat you as if your doing something wrong, or wait to tell you somethig, when it is too late and your faced with losing your home, car, or anything else you own. It doesn't matter how long you have worked either. We need laywers and other officials to stand up for us or atleast let us know where to start to get these people off our backs.

I have been in this same situation. I was hurt on the job and they followed me but when they did not find anything intersting they finally left me alone. It took 5 years to settle my case. Not getting checks on time I had my lawyer check to see if they had direct deposit . It is faster and easier if they do get you checks deposited into your account. You should be reporting your milleage to your lawyer and work comp is supposed it reimberse you for all doctor, pharmacy or therapy you are to have. As for the suggery go ahead and get it because when you finally settle if will not be close enough to pay for all the things you will need and your lawyer should figure in the suggery for changing the batteries and any medication you will have to have for the rest of your expected life span.
