What is the amount of OT owed?

If the holiday falls on Monday and employees work 50 more hours in that week, what is the amount of overtime that I pay...10 or 20 hours, based on 10 hour workdays?

Every company has their own policies on this... if you don't have an employee policy manual to reference, your going to have to ask HR or management.
