Can I do an FHA loan to purchase a new home if I have an existing home listed for sale?

Can I purchase a new home with an FHA loan if I currently have another home listed for sale?

I have seen it done,it all has to do with your credit. You can call FHA and talk to them about it. It is a little harder to get loans even with good credit due to all the foreclosers. But some are still leaning.
