Can i establish parental right if the mother doesn't name me?

A woman gave birth to a baby Im sure i fathered. I went to the court house to see about establishing my paternity and the clerk said that had to be done by the mother. Is there any course of action I can take?

You need to obtain a family law attorney, and petition the court for a paternity test to establish paternity. I think thats the way to do it, but your lawyer can let you know for sure.

Contact friend of the court, if that doesnt get u anywhere get a lawyer

First seek an atterny about wanting to astablish custady and they will want some proof off paternety first. This will at lest get you a paternaty test, now whether or not you want to follow through with the custady is all up to you Now I must worn you that doing it this way may end upwith court finds.
this is just what I would do.I am curantly in s simular but opposit situation my doughters father is dening she is his but refusise to take a dna test to prove she is not. 7 years now it is great to know that there are men out theret hat do care about the seeds they may leave behind.
