Foreclosure of my home

My mother and I co-owned a single family home in rialto ca. Although she had accidental death insurance, that was supposed to pay the mortgage up to 60.000 in the event of her death. Instead they foreclosed on us in oct. of last year. we only owed 60.000. We tried to get a refinance loan, but we were told that the home had to go into probate, I told these people my siblings were not on the deed and nobody would contest us getting a refinance loan. these people called rescue funding assured my they were going to help us and our home wouldnt get foreclosed on. they wasted all of the time we had to save our home until 24 hours before the foreclosure, then finally after like 3 months, they offered us an eight thousand dollar loan in which we would have to pay back fifteen thousand dollars within a year. that just made our problems bigger. The lender whom we had this mortgage with would listen to me when I told them my mother passed and she had accidental death insurance. and the thing is we paid eleven dollars and seventy two cents extra for this insurance on our mortgage every month. It has been a nightmare for me and my family now were homeless living in a motel and I need help
