Grandparents rais ing grandkids

I have raised my grandchildren since birth (7 years and 18 months)). i have never had any help from the parents as we have worked to feed and clothethem the parents come to see them sometimes ,but the fact is they dont act like parents . we have a 5 month old grandson that we brought home from the hospital. the mother has signed papers making us his legal guardians. what are my legal possibilities regarding these children?

If you have guardianship over the children then you have all legal rights to them as you would your own children. You can make legal decisions, medical decisions and schooling decisions.
