Head of household

I am the only income coming into a married household. Does this mean that I can claim head of household on next year's taxes? Here's the catch my husband is incarcerated and I am the soul provider for us, we have no children it's just the two of us. How would I go about filling this year? Thank you...

Yes I do... I put money on his books, send packages and I pay for all family visits.
