Health Insurance
I am on my husband's health plan and he doesn't want to pay for me being on it. He said according to his employer's HR rep. he can take me off b/c we are separated and put me on COBRA which I would pay for. I have been unemployed for 1 year and on disability income. My lawyer says he has to pay for my health ins. as long as we are still married. What's what?
