How much is my estranged wife entitled to>
We were married in 1992 in Mass. We separated in 1999 and I filed for divorce. Divorce never went thru due to her stall tactics and my finances. Had a retraining order on her for many years. I now live in RI. Is she entitled to half of my entire pensionas I have been told? I have also been told that she is only entited to half of the percentage of the numer of years we were together (ie if I retire with 30 years, she would get one half of 7/30 of my pension).
