What are my options? what do i have to do to be able to move my kids out of delaware?

In my divorce decree it states that neither me nor my ex-husband can take our 2 children out of state without the others permission. My ex-husband is serving in iraq now. he is coming home for 2 weeks in february. I am getting remarried, and would like to move the kids out of state where my fiance lives in bristol, Pa. What can i do to accomplish this

The best thing that you can do is tell your ex-husband. Hopefully he will understand. You will have to get his permission one way or the other whether it is in court, or you can figure it out on your own. If he does give you consent though, change your divorce decree officially or get it in writing, so he can't change his mind someday and take you to court over it.
