Cabrio Washer gone bad

I am trying to find some place that I can make a major complaint about a washer that I bought just one year ago and now I am being told that I will need to buy another washer as this one can not be fixed. Is there no help for people who can not just be buying new washers every year. How can I get some help in making sure that Whirlpool gets the point?

Whirlpool don't make them to last a lifetime like they use to , thats why they try to sell you a warranty, they could make them better but don't wnat to , they had rather sell you insurance / warranty
