How do you remove latex paint from ceramic tile and grout without damaging the tile?

Use a little soapy water and a razor blade for cleaning the tile . trick is to keep the til wet.

to cleat the grout get a grout removal tool the little on that looks like a knife and more or less rub it off. removing the top layer of grout and exposing the grout beneath the surface.

A grout eraser works great on small areas. You'll have to buy a bunch of them if you want to clean the whole floor. An industrial cream clean will make your tile spotless whatever gets on it.
