Engine oil driping rapidly out of Fuel Pump !

My Baron 2400/RD Series ride on mower with a Briggs & Stratton 16HP 400000 engine has now developed a new problem, with engine oil driping rapidly out of Fuel Pump, while the engine continues to rev at high speed. There are 2 inlets to the pump, one from the fuel tank via a filter and the other presumably inputs air.

Please can anyone tell me how to solve this problem.

Many thanks.........Paul

Best bet is to change the oil , note its texture , normal or sludgey? , may need to be flushed

recomend a small engine shop , if possible
