Instructions for Paramount Blower Vacuum PB350

Where and how to attach bag for vacuum. I have the motor body, the tubes and the bag. Paramount blower works fine for blowing but what do I do to vacuum leaves? Please help me to know where to attach bag and instructions how to operate it. Thank you.
