Try acetone (nail polish remover).

I really don't think acetone will work.. i would polish it off but i'm willing to bet you don't have the pads for that...so i would cput a bag of crushed ice with a small hand full of salt thrown on the ice inside the bag. then place the bag on the affected area for like 20 minutes.

the idea is to get the corion cold as you can...colder the better. it will keep it from scratching. the ntake a brand new neve before used painters razor blade..you know the one with the back that you can touch. and hold it at a 23 degree angle don't worry just close to that angle. lift the ice bag leaving the condensation and slowly and carefully see if you can get it to come up.. it should come up kinda easy but do it kinda quickly so as the plastic stays cold.

if that you get a few small scrathes, you may. gotr to a car detail store and buy a high quality buffing compound about 10,000 grit and a pad for a drill and buff it out...

i am just worry because i don't know how coordinated or strong your hand are. so i will say this. if your hands aren't stead y be careful.

acetone for corion....i'm thinking but befor trying that look it up..hold on. NO DO NOT USE ACETONE

all the stuff i have in favorits , i own a remodelling company in maryland so i have all this stuff handy. look in here and see what will touch superglue...but i doubt it...mechanical removal seems to be it.

Have to admit I was a bit concerned about trying acetone. As for the other lengthy possible solution, I hesitate to try all that because of the admonition of strength and steady hands. I'm a 76 yr old woman and although in good health, I don't know that I would trust myself to work with that blade.
Do very much appreciate the suggestions, though.

Well thank you. Call home depot and see who installs their corion. Ask for the kitchen install coordinator. And tell her your problem. And you have to talk to the instraller. For like 75 bucks they will come and polish it off for you and maybe take out any other scratches you have. Sorry I couldn't help you. Another almost crazy idea would be mineral oil. It wont hurt the corion but may weaken the bond if the super glue never got rubbed in. Have a nice day.

I have a Home Depot only a few blocks away so will definitely stop there. I'd be willing to pay for them to "work their magic." Will also see if I have some mineral oil around. However, it's been on there for quite some time so I might be out of luck in that department.
Thank you again.

Hey robadler, if you pick up an inspection scraper like we use to remove stickers from windshields, it could make things easier.

This one is extra long, but the make shorter ones of similar design.

Take it easy, man...

Only problem with that is you need to "feel it" if you get what i'm saying. plus if she gets a guy out there with pad and buffer he cane fix her up like new. corion is a through and through product, but it's soft and if your not super carefull it's easily damaged. the razor blade is more or less like a spatchula.

I meant for your toolbox. Just a suggestion.

Normally, I "feel" the windshield quite well, and haven't damaged one yet.
