The executor of a trust see's that everything that your father had or any bills that he owes will be taken care of. If there is a will the will should be read with all sibleys. The trustee has to see that any bills that your father owed gets paid before anything else id devidied between the family, sibleys or any family member that is in the will. If there is know will then it may have to go to probate.
