I'd say you should get a 1 hour lunch break and a pair of 15 minute other breaks.

but every work / job is different and if you are hourly and salary that makes a difference too

If you work at least 6 hours a day, you are required to have at least 30 minutes for lunch and a 15 minute break. Since you work 10 hours, you should probably have 1 hour for lunch and 2-15 minute breaks.
