Are you asking about getting an assist dog or if your company will let you have one? If you are asking about your company letting you have one - They have to let you have an assist dog. Many places have a no pet policy (ie. stores, grocery stores, etc.) That does not apply to an assist dog/pet. The law is that the dog must display the assist "blaze" jacket at all times and must be controlled by it's owner (person needing assist or nurse/assistant to person). They cannot keep you from having an assist dog.
Keep in mind that if you have a driving job, a hearing problem may be an issue. Not only your safety (being parked alone), but in general. You may want to consider other options. Driving requires all senses for your, and other people's safety. An assist dog cannot help you when you are driving and can't hear police siren, skidding tires or a train.
As far as getting one. I can do a search online for you, but personally don't know much about getting one. Ruchele may be your best bet on that info.
