Perhaps this site from the web?

I consider proz.com to be an excellent site for obtaining translation work. Obviously, it depends how in demand and rare your languages and your specialised areas of knowledge are.
I first registered with Proz in 2001. Since 2004, I have been working fulltime as a freelance medical translator. I work for clients around the world and turn down far more work than I am able to accept. All my work arrives by email and is returned to the clients in the same way. Apart from my profile on Proz, I do not market myself actively anywhere.
CloudCrowd.com currently offers a variety of translation jobs. You can do a page long - 300 words or so - translation for $15 - 20, depending on the language and the number of writers available for it. For example, translating from English to Spanish pays more than translating from Spanish to English. And translating from English to Chinese pays more than English to Spanish because there are more workers available for the Spanish translations than available for the Chinese ones.
Sometimes you can find translation work on mturk.com but the price varies based on what the customer wants to pay.
You could try advertising your services on sites like Craigslist.com. Advertise in a larger city near your own and you may have some online content writers interested in having content translated.
Try Odesk website. You can probably find clients there that is looking for translators. I had browsed Odesk before and I found online jobs there asking to translate a webpage, an article and such. And there's also people looking for tutors. To be an online tutor, you would need a web cam and an earphone/head phone to chat with the person you are tutoring.
Yes, I would second Ky-chan's answer; you can find online translation jobs in odesk.com. Another good site is elance.com.
You should check these links,

I must warn you, getting these jobs is not easy. You should build your profile, have a portfolio with some samples and learn about writing good cover letters to get the attention. Once you do some translation jobs and get some feedback from the employers, getting these jobs will be less difficult. But you will have to work hard to get to that position.
Good luck.
Quicktate.com
I worked for them for a time. The money isn't great unless you're an extremely fast and accurate typist. It works as supplemental income though. The application isn't difficult and includes a typing test. Every so often iDictate (their sister company) will hire and the best typists can apply for a job there. iDictate is stricter about who gets in and the pay is better.
You should check out odesk.com. There are tons of freelance jobs available for translators. It is a very reliable and trusted site. There are always jobs available and the schedule is flexible.
