Company uniforms

A service center manager that has it out for me has come after me a couple of times, ill talk about the one that concerns me most, i was walking towards the parking lot after work,and was approched by the scm he asked me where i was going, I told him 8 and skate i m off work and going home, he instructed me not to where the jacket i was wearing again, i told him ill check the personal policy manual, the next day i wore a simuler jacket that was missing a patch but did diplay my name, he and the asst scm approched me and accused me of wearing the same jacket, was then asked to meet them in the office, was then given an altmatem, take it off or be walked out, i was told i could only wear the company issued jacket. know the company does allow others to where non company clothing in practise, but not in writing, logos of other companys are a part of are offical uniforms, sponcership by the company. i was issued a last letter of instruction for wearing non issued jackets. the jackets are idenical to the new issued jacket minus the company logo. If this is their policy, then yes it is legal. Companies have different dress policies and they can enforce it accordingly. Where you just wearing an old company jacket? Why did you know want to wear the new one?

I switch jackets every couple of weeks, new to old company jacket and a wallmart jacket that the same size and shape and color. what do u think about him giving me a advance directive while i was off the clock,

Better off the clock , then on and in front of others, would you wear a macdonalds jacket if you were working at arbys

Quit being so defiant. Pick your battles alittle better. This seems pointless and like you are deliberately baiting management.

Defiant, the battle was was theres to pick, they choose who they want to go after and when they will look the other way, so much for consisteny, as far as baiting management, managment looks for fights, they have no regard for the law other then conway law and thats only if the guy on top is quoting it,, dont dare be the guy under quoting it, a quick way to unemployment. , iv got it easy compared to others there,
