How do I ask them to increase my wage?

I worked in a restaurant that paid me $2+tip. I showed that resume to to new employer which then decided to give me $4+tip. I just started my training and when i talked with my coworkers, i got to know that all of them were getting $6.5+tip. I was one exception. I have much better experience than all those coworkers in training. I feel totally depressed right now. Who should I talk to? How do i ask that I need the same/equal wage?
