How do i use existing metal frame to install new metal door

There are two sets of double metal doors with the push bar on all four(panic bars).The four doors are being replaced but the frames are staying.The frames are in block.in order for me to make the swap what needs to happen or precautions need to be met?Thank you for hearing me.
