An objective should be a very straight forward sentence or two on what you are looking for.

For example: "Seeking a full-time position as a sales manager where I can utilize my organizational and managerial skills".

Basically, you are telling the employer what type of work you want and wheter you want to work full-time, part-time, contract so they can tell if it's worth reading the resume. If you are looking for a full-time job and only a part-time position is available, you don't want to waste your time with interviews, right?

Thank you so much!!! I appreciate your answer... I looked at other websites and they all used words WAY to big to explain a simple task!!
Thanks again!!
