OK salary means pay for all the hours or maybe less hours then 40 , and you get paid the same money regardless, day in and day put , no over time call in at any time !

My schedule before the beginning of the year 2009 was a 40 hour work week paid salary
now they say I must schedule myself 44 hours a week but with same pay. is this legal?
