What is your background in health? Here in Colorado they can't find nurses and doctors fast enough. Tons of openings. In regards ot age discimination, that would be hard to prove, especially if the position is still open. It would be another thing if the position was filled because then you could compare the training and background you have with the person who filled the position.

Why i can't find a job
I have severals years experience in health field and unable to find a job. Have apply for many jobs and went on a couple interview no response but continue to see those position listed as open. I do believe American is doing age discrimnation. there is no reason I should be still unanemployed.
