Is this legal?

I live in Mississippi and recently got fired from my job. My employer refused to tell my why he was firing me. Is this legal?

Sorry, every state other than Montana is what is known as an "At-Will" employment state. What this means is that an employer can fire you for any reason (except discriminating reasons) at any time that they want and they don't even have to give you a reason. At-will is assumed by most states and you would have to prove against it if you wanted to fight it. Sorry, good luck with the job hunt!
