Jobs

I am an lpn and have been for 24 years.i recently was fired from my job of 7 months for completely made up reasons. i was never written up,verbally warned or disciplined in any way. i was always on time and called off once in 7 months. i belonged to their union. as an employee at will doesn't the reason to fire you have to be a legitimate one? the accusations were made up.the union rep didn't even advocate for me .he acted as if he worked for administration. i want to know if i have any legal action i can take against them.
