On seniority in a work place
I dropped my status to casual after working 10years. I continued to work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled plus I worked every third month full time hours. I returned to full time status after a year and a half. My question is on my seniority status. Do I have still have 13 years of seniority or did I lose it when I dropped to casual?
