Yeah, it isn't really years, it is jobs.
you could work 3 jobs over the course of 20 years and use them all
or you could work 3 jobs over the course of 1.5 years and use them all
unless absolutely necessary, keep it down to 1 page. so whatever you can fit in one page with those 3 jobs.
