Many employers accept resume's on line these day's.However, I think that even if you submit your resume via the internet, that the U.S. Postal service should deliver a "hard-copy" of your resume to the employer. This copy needs to be on one page if possible, and it should reflect yours skills and experience. It should also be free of grammar or spelling errors, and be clean. If the position that you are interested in has been advertised, you should include a cover letter with your resume.
