Salary requirements

If an employee in Texas is salary, can they be required to work from 30 minutes to an hour overtime per day? And do they have to make up time per day in accordance with their normal 40 hour schedule?

When you are salary, there is no longer such a concept of OT.

It is part of your job responsibilities, and you will not get paid OT since that is only for Hourly workers.
