Contact a lawyer in your area that deals with labor laws and work discrimination suits.

You can also contact the EEOC if you feel you were discriminated against. In investigator will contact you and see if they can find evidence to support your claims. My friend is an investigator and they are really knowledgeable!

"working with this company for 8year"
"past 3years i have been lied"
"i've been discriminated against because of my race"

This is quite serious...in statement and if the employer is doing this something needs to be done.

Be prepared (write down) specific events.
The first one...was there a change in management/ownership? You have worked there for 8 years and the last three years you have been lied to and discriminated. Was there some sort of policy changes that were not properly put out to everyone?
It can get very detailed and one action by a company may have the appearance of bias but it may just be a policy. Not a lot of info was provided so I am just guessing here.
In either case...the point here is that you feel lied to and discriminated....and that was somehow created.
I have always said....get the facts...dates, times, names, etc.....write them down....if you are not alone in this feeling, then others who are subjected to the same treatment can support each others claims.
I would highly recommend first....make sure there is not misunderstanding of the policies and rules of the company.
If you are satisfied that you are completely in compliance then visit the EEOC...what you can find out and do before you go there will make your efforts a bit easier.
Take it easy the best of luck to you.

You could talk to a lawyer to get legal advice.

it can be hard to prove discrimination, which is why you should get a lawyer if you want to pursue it.
