Medical industry is always booming.
Computer Programming will also be a hot job in 2008 as social networks on the web continue to gain popularity. ( Myspace, Facebook, Pownce, Twitter, Jaiku, Meebo, Livejournal, Digg, Delicious, Etc)
I think we will see more common user generated forms of entertainment. Like YouTube Stars, and small independant movies with writers who aren't big time enough to go union.
Reality TV may also make a comeback due to no real scripts involved. I also think it's going to force some of the new tv shows to get canceled or not renewed. I'm worried about CBS's The Big Bang Theory, and NBC's Chuck.
