There are two ways to find out if your wife has filed bankruptcy:
1) You can go to this address and search the records yourself or have an attorney to do so (if she lived in this district when filed);
If she did not live in this district, then find out where she lived and google; "uscourts.gov" to determine the address of the correct courthouse.
200 Warren E. Burger Federal Building and
U.S. Courthouse
316 North Robert Street
St. Paul, MN 55101
(651) 848-1000
2) You can also google "pacer on line registration" and access the bankruptcy records of all participating federal districts in the U.S. Keep in mind that there is a fee for this service.
I hope this information is helpful to you in your search for your wife's possible bankruptcy information.
