Can a car be reported stolen if the person who took the car is on all the car documents?

My mom kicked me out of my house and is tryin to take my car away. Both our names appear on the car title and the car insurance. But I am the one that makes full payments on the car. If I was to take the car without her knowledge can she reported it stolen and I get in trouble even though my name appears on the title and the car insurance, basically on all the car papers and if I am the one who pays for the car?

If it is a joint ownership & you are over 18 she cannot. However, if you mean that she signed it over to you but you donn't yet have the title in your name then she could. If you are still a minor she could due to laws concerning parental authority. If you have reached 18 have all papers concerning it in your name.

Addendum: If you are under 18 she cannot kick you out of the house.
