Can i be put in jail for not making payments for over 120 days?

Debters prison was Outlawed in the 17 century so no they wont put you in jail for not paying , but for fed taxes, but if they are repoing your baike , i dont think they will do that theres a law thats maybe says this about the bank but i dont kno any one that pays any att, to it any more!
