Can I file a civil or personal injury law suit against my spouse while a divorce is pending?

My spouse has 1) destroyed a notarized simple prenup, I don't know if my evidence will hold up in court, but it is fairly "tight" 2) Spouse wrote me a letter saying that they never loved me but married me anyway and has 2 children with me, I have the original letter 3) My spouse called the police on me 4 times trying to entrap me, they didn't, but children saw this. No previous history 4) Damaging me to my kids by falsely accusing me and having children ask me why I do certain things, that by the way I don't do. 5) Wanted a divorce but purposely didn't work to hurt me fincially and to get more temporary support. I live in Texas.
