It doesn't matter if you rent or not, if you live there, you are a tenant and your wife cannot make you leave.

In order to force you to leave, your wife will have to go to court and convince a judge to issue an eviction order. To be successful with an eviction, your wife will also need a good reason to evict you. If your wife does not have a good reason to evict you, then the court will tell her that SHE has to leave if she no longer wants to live with you.

Not if you get mail and recieve phone calls @ your home....the only way she can is by getting a restraining order......I suggest getting one first
