Child support

Me and my ex-wife divorced in 1995 i got custody of our two children, child support was waived at that time. then in 2005 the two children decided they wanted to go and live with their mom. so their mom and the two child went and filed papers stateing that they wanted to go and live with their mom and the judge let them but he also to their mom they were to be enrolled in school which they never was and still are not enrolled in school. i just received papers where she wants child support, the two children are 18 and 16. since they went to live with thier mom my 18 yr old daughter now has a child and my 16 yr old son just runs the streets. can she sue me for child support?

SHE CAN ONLY GET CHILD SUPPORT FROM THE DATE SHE GAINED COUSTDY .. PAY ANY AMOUNT TO HER BEING AS THERE ISN'T A COURT ORDER...AND THE JUDGE WILL GO EASY ON YOU CAUSE YOU WERE PAYING ALREADY ON YOUR OWN..USE MONEY ORDERS ''ONLY ''AND KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS TRUST ME.AND IM A WOMAN SO I KNOW CHICKS THAT TRIED TO STIFF THEIR ''BABY DADDYS''.

Yes, that is true ,but the judge ordered that your children be enrolled in school and they are not ,so the 18 year old is about done. Does the court order say that the child must be in school for the parent to get support payments ? If it does and he does not go to school it will not be that easy to get payment, also remember you are still the custodial parent of record. Why is she asking for child support after you supported them on your own for 13yrs?
