Omy , you do have a problem. Since they were not marrie before she became pregnant he is not the presumed legal father, and now that he has passed, unless a DNA test was done before death,it will difficult to petition a court to declare him the legal father, though it is possible with mitochrondrial DNA tests.
Was he declared the legal father before death? what was his legalrelationship with the child before death?
Once I know more, I might can offer some suggestions

How cani see me grandson in savannah ga.
Since my son died my grandson mother won't let us see him. Last day i seen him two upper teeth were gone, right eye black, bruses all over his face scratches on his kneck.
I called childeren services but no help. They want me to find her new address. As soon as i find where she lives she moves that night. With her church pastor help. is there any one that can help us. one lawyer said we have no rights. Because she divoice him before she got pregnet. And shen he came back and stayed whith her she got pregnet.
