What can I do with such short notice, was served a summons to in court in abbeville county

Family court on alledged charges filed in sept.1908 against my now 16 year old son who was then 14 yrs. old his then 14 year old girlfriend says she was raped by him 11-14 times,she was caught by her dad who then beat her and made her say he had raped her they first took and called us to bring him to honea path police station where he was interogated by her father and two police officers in the presence of myself his dad my mother his life was threatened. Next day wento abbeville police station where he was taken to private room and made to write a statement would not allow me to be present. Was then repeatedly kicked out of school, the same school the girl attends even though she does not live in that distrct, he ended up homebound all of last school year. Come to find out her father and the first police officers and chief of honea path all know each other and attend different functions together,they all ateended school together and that also includes school staff of the local middle school the kids attended.I am originally from Ohio but have resided in south carolina for the past 20 years.I was served a sumoons thursday afternoon at around 1:30 in the p.m. and am supposed to appear in family court at 8:30 a.m. tuesday morning nearly 2years later,I had repeatedly called bothour county and her county clerks over this for about the first year told repeatedly that it was not on their docuets. Now sons dad lost his 20 year job due to economy and I am just a newspaper deliv

They summonded you personally, and NOT your son?

Sell anyting not nailed down this weekend and get a lawyer first thing Monday. Got to love small town "law" where it's OK for a father to beat the snot out of his daughter and intimidate her perjure herself and for your son to be treated that way if it was consentual.

Then have your lawyer sue the town, the school, the girl's family, for all your legal costs and your son's suffering.
