Class lawsuit

Can you file a class law action suit if you have one person, who received an incorrect form and assume that the business must therefore have sent out that form to others. then request your records so they can audit

A "class action lawsuit" must be petitioned by an attorney representing 5 or more complainents, and be aproved by a judge to proceed.
