How do I stop Collection Agency from calling my home and sending me letters of money that they said I owe.

Fire them! Send them a Certified return receipt letter of Cease and Desist. Although the catch is that you have to do so within 30 days after they send you a letter letting you know that you owe the money and to whom you owe the money to.

In Colorado if you send them written notice to no longer contact you then legally they can't call or mail you anything until they take you to court - and then they can only serve you with a summons. (most never go to court, but some do)
