Can a felon parole out to her own home and or a rental house in her name?

She will be released next year and inherited from her mother's death, and wants to buy a house and or rent a house to have a parole address to parole out to. Can she own a home to parole out to? Also, can she buy a restaurant even though she is a felon? This is in the state of Georgia. Thank you

I sure would not broadcast that too loud; the state may make her pay for her incarceration ( seriously)
Yes, she can buy property and even own a business; though I am sure she couldn't have a liquor license.

The prison system knows of her inheritance, there was no problem with it and about a liqor license I am not sure, I just wanted to know if she could buy a house before she is released and use that house as a paroling out address. But I would like to know if this applies to the State of Georgia?

Georgia has no statutes forbidding a felon from owning property or running that type of business (restaurant) . Corrections may know, but I would still keep it quiet.
