Criminal history

I have been recently let go by Family Dollar. I place two applications one in August of 2006 and one in October of 2006. On one of the applications i admitted to having felony convictions and on the other I denied that i had a convictions in the last 10 years. i was recently fired after working a full year due to the fabrication on my application. My felony conviction was in 1998. Is there anything i can do

There is nothing you can do, you withheld your conviction background from a potential employer , even though they found out about it a year after they hired you they still have the right to fire you.
