Custodial parent

My son is 16, his mom is custodial parent, but he has been living with me since 2005, and i am paying her child support, does he have to move back home if his mom says he has to, she has threatened to call the local police if he does not move back home

What is the custody agreement that is in place?

Are you a sole custody parent? Is it joint custody?
