If the circumstances have changed that you are now able to care and maintain a good environment for your child, you can get the temporary order rescinded.
Is there any way I can go about rescinding the guardianship order without hiring a lawyer? Can I petition for it on my own? Also although the relationship between me and my mother is already marred, I am afraid this could harm it even more. Are there any other ways to go about getting custody that would make my mother feel better about it?
